This paste is an ideal product for producing a large variety of classic Balinese, and Indonesian dishes. As is, the sauce is light enough to be used for white meats such as chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes. The paste is also an excellent marinade for baked/BBQ and fried chicken.
For darker meats such as beef, lamb and goat, we recommend adding some of Bali in a Jar Chilli Paste to create a darker and more flavourful curry.
