Recommendation for preparation
Discard fluid in the package. Soak the noodle in clean water for 3 minutes and drain it . (For better result, add some white vinegar and ice cubes when soaking)
For instant consumption
The product includes seasoning mixture. Add in some minced garlic and coriander to enhance the taste.
For a light snack
Mix the noodle with boiled bean sprouts and chopped chives. Add some soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, seasoning, salt, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic and chopped spring onions as dressing.
For other salads
Add sliced onion, sliced cucumber or other type of vegetables. For dressing, you may use Italian or Japanese style salad dressing.
