A Bite of China: Episode 03 - Inspiration for Change
Fermented bean curd, tempeh, rice wine, and kimchi all have one thing in common. They all have a special aromatic flavor. Chinese ancestors used altars, pots, and keen intuition to create a new delicacy. To transform food into delicacy, obstacles must be overcome, conditions must be created, opportunities must be seized, and frustration must be experienced, so that "eating" inspires the greatest wisdom.
