The Mid-Autumn Festival is a culinary celebration where mooncakes take center stage, their rich, velvety fillings a symphony of flavours. Lanterns glow, casting a golden hue over bustling markets.

This year, the Mid-Autumn Festival will be celebrated on September 17th. This date corresponds to the 15th day of the 8th month in the lunar calendar, when the moon is at it's fullest and brightest. The festival is a time for family reunions, moon gazing, and enjoying traditional foods like mooncakes.
