Refund/Exchange
Our refund or exchange policy applies when you contact us for a refund within 14 days of you receiving the items you purchased.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have received incorrect items, or the items are expired, defective or damaged when you received them. No refunds or exchange will be given if you have simply changed your mind. There is also NO WARRANTY for product misuse.
Before we can approve any refund or exchange, items must be returned to us unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging for investigation and inspection purposes. Upon confirmation, we will then notify you the outcome of your refund or exchange.
Any refunds will be credited in full and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 2-3 business days.
If you wish to request a refund or exchange, kindly send us an email at support@savourofasia.com.au providing proof of purchase, pictures (where applicable) and any relevant information. We will then advise further instruction.
Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer as they will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, please email us at support@savourofasia.com.au as soon as possible. Changes or cancellation is only possible before we dispatch your order.
