Australia-wide delivery **
We deliver straight to your doorstep when you shop with us!
Delivery fee starts from $13 for orders below $15, then $18 for orders between $15-$40 and $25 for orders between $40-$150. Shipping are free for orders above $150 (except Northern Territory and Tasmania).
For deliveries to Adelaide Metro addresses, shipping starts from $10 for orders below $50, then $12.50 for orders between $50-$150, and FREE SHIPPING for orders above $150 (scroll down below for list of eligible postcodes in Adelaide metro).
Once your item has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking details and delivery time frame.
To find out your shipping charges, add the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Your shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page.
Authority to leave the parcel
To save you time from collecting your parcel in the event where you missed the courier, we authorise them to leave the parcel at your front door if no one is available.
If you do not wish for the parcel to be left unattended or if you have any special request, please provide the details when placing the order.
Changes to your order
As food items are fast moving goods, we may run out of stock often. If that happens after we received your order, please allow a few more days for us to stock up the item. If our supplier also run out of stock, we will notify you so you can decide to substitute it with another item or to receive a refund. If you decide to substitute it with other item, we will either issue you a refund for the difference or send you a link to pay for additional charges where applicable.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after you place an order. If that is the case, please let us know via email as soon as possible. We are not able to amend your order once it has been processed and dispatched.
