GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH KAFFIR LIME RECIPE - SO ZESTY!
This smoothie contains superfoods kaffir lime powder and jujube, so great to brighten up your morning and revitalise your body! Perfect to start your day!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- Handful spinach
- Handful lettuce
- 4 fresh dates (jujube). If dried jujube, cut into half and soak for 10-20 minutes in hot water. Don't forget to de-seed! (Need a dried jujube? Get yours here!)
- 2 tablespoon of pineapple lime probiotic greens
- 1 teaspoon of MyBlueTea Kaffir Lime Leaf Powder (Don't have kaffir lime leaf powder? Get yours here!)
- Plant Milk
- Water (Optional: protein powder, flaxmeal, chia powder)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until super smooth (slice bananas, pineapple and lettuce into smaller pieces if required for easy blending).
Then pour into a bowl (use coconut bowl if you like) and enjoy with granola, tahini, hemp seeds, goji berries or anything you desire.
Your smoothie is now ready to be served! Enjoy and feel your body revitalised and energised!
