Ingredient : Starch, water, food additives (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose [E466], hydroxypropryl distarch phosphate [E1442], caramel colour [E150], sodium diacetate [E262], sodium dehydroacetate [E266], flavouring essence)
Instruction :
1.Boil 10 portions of water to 1 portion of pearls in a large pot.
2.Add pearls slowly into the pot and gently stir to loosen the pearls.
3.Continue to boil on high heat for 3 minutes.
4.When pearls float to the surface, remove from heat. Cover with a lid and let the pearls sit for another further 3 minutes.
5.When pearls have softened to desired texture, rinse under cold water to cool.
6. Strain and add in desired amount of syrup/brown sugar.
7. Serve in your drink or atop dessert.
WARNING :
