Eu Yan Sang Cordyceps Flower Energising Herbal Soup is a nutritious and comforting soup which is a key addition to your meals. Cordyceps flower is an increasingly popular health food. It is traditionally used for invigorating the lungs and kidneys, and is especially suitable during the transition from autumn to winter. It can help relieve nasal allergies, cold hands and feet.
Ingredients: Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Fructus Lycii, Cordyceps Flower (15.4%), Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Dioscoreae.
May contains traces of soy and mollusc.
Instructions: Add one packet of Eu Yan Sang Cordyceps Flower herbs with 300g to 500g of meat (or mock meat for vegetarian) and 1500ml of water (add more water if desired) into a conventional cooker. Bring to a boil then continue to simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.
