Bao Long Lemongrass Chicken Seasoning (Gà Xào Sả Ớt) 75g (4 cubes)
Usage: Marinate 250g of chicken meat with one seasoning cube for 1/2 hour. Fry the minced lemon grass & chilli until golden brown then add the chicken meat and fry until the meat becomes tough. Add the water immersing the meat and cook until the meat becomes tender.
