Bao Long Vegetarian Pho Soup Seasoning (Pho Chay) 75g (4 cubes)
Usage: Dissolve 4 cubes in 1.5litre of boiling water. Quickly soak rice noodle in boiling water then into bowl (100g/bowl), add brown-fried tofu and soy film, sprinkle chopped prickle coriander on top, and then pour the seasoned liquid into the bowl. Serve hot with basil, prickle coriander, bean sprout, lemon, chilli, black soy sauce, red sauce.
