1. Mix paste with 400ml pineapple juice, blended with 4 big onions.
2. Simmer to a gentle boil. Add 600g fish & vegetables. Cook 10-12 mins over medium heat.
3. season with salt accordingly to taste and serve warm. Serve hot with rice.
