Chilliz Assam Fish (SPICY TAMARIND) Paste 200g

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix paste with 400ml pineapple juice, blended with 4 big onions.
2. Simmer to a gentle boil. Add 600g fish & vegetables. Cook 10-12 mins over medium heat.
3. season with salt accordingly to taste and serve warm. Serve hot with rice.

Vegetable oil, onion, galangal, lemongrass, sugar, chilli, salt, garlic, tamarind, ginger, torch ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, sodium benzoate (E211).
