- Serves 4-6 persons

1. Dissolve Paste with 1200ml boiling water (or chicken broth).
2. Whisk in 400ml coconut milk, add 100g fried tofy & bring to boil.
3. Pour Curry Laksa stock over noodles. Garnish with eggs, bean sprout, prawns, cockles, steam sliced chicken & mint leaves.
Vegetable oil, onion, sugar, salt, galangal, lemongrass, monosodium glutamate (E621), Chilli, coriander, fennel, cumin, garlic, dried shrimps, candlenut, curry leaves, ginger, turmeric, sodium benzoate (E211).
