Ingredients:

Seasoning Powder: Maltodextrin, Shiitake Seasoning Powder [Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), CornStarch, Sugar, Shiitake powder, Yeast Extract, Flavour Enhancer (E635), Emulsifier (E422), Acidity Regulator (E330) Flavour Enhancer (E640), Anti-Caking Agent (E551), Mushroom Flavour], Flavour Enhancer (E621), Shiitake Powder, Soy Sauce Powder (Soy Sauce, Maltodextrin, Salt), Yeast Extract, Dried Shitake, Salt, Porcini Flavour, Mushroom Flavour, Colouring Agent (E150), Flavour Enhancer (E635).

Vegetables Bag: Dried Shitake(8.4%), Goji Berry.

Seasoning Oil: Soybean Oil, Chive

 

Edible method (Instructions) 食用方法:

Hot Pot 涮、燙:

1. Pour contents of package into the hot pot. 開袋後將底料倒入火鍋中。

2. Add two pieces of scallion and 1.5 liters of boiling water (chicken soup and bone soup will be better), adding different kinds of fungus will taste better. 加3釐米長蔥白1-2段,添加開水1.5升左右(雞湯和骨湯味道更佳), 加入不同種類的菌菇使味道更佳。

3. After boiling, you can put all kinds of meat, vegetables, mushroom, pasta, etc. 煮沸後,即可涮食各種肉類、蔬菜、菌類、麵食等。
